Salary Scale:
All candidates who are selected as “management trainee” will receive pay according to IDA pay scale E-3 band which is 24900-50500/- with 3% annual increment of basic pay. IDA, HRA and perks will include to basic pay according BSNL rules.

· All General/OBC category candidate will have to pay 1500/- as examination fees.
· Candidates from reserved and PH candidates are required to pay 750/- as examination fees.
